INTRO PACKAGE FOR NEW CLIENTS 3 PRIVATE SESSIONS: $150
Our Intro Package allows new clients of any level to get a feel for the studio. Through careful one-on-one teaching, clients will learn the order of the exercises, the principles of Pilates, equipment setup, and the system of exercises that is right for your body and personal fitness goals. Most clients will continue with private sessions until they feel confident in joining a semi-private session or get instructor approval. Intro package expires 30 days after purchase.
Private sessions allow the instructor to develop a customized system of exercises to address each client’s needs, goals, and previous injuries. Private sessions are excellent for all levels of fitness as the instuctor can design a program that allows the student to focus on defined personal goals.
Single session: $60 Four session pass: $220
SEMI PRIVATE SESSION:
Semi private sessions are ideal for individuals who have a workout partner at the same fitness level and with similar goals, and who want to keep their sessions to two participants only. Prices posted are per person.
Semi Private session: $45 Four session pass: $160
Proper mat work technique is the foundation of Joseph Pilates’s work and it’s designed to supplement your Pilates regimen. This 55-minute class will develop core strength and flexibility at all levels. Limit 10 per class.
Single mat class: $20 Ten session pass: $180
Private and Semi private passes expire 45 days after purchase. Mat passes expire 180 days after purchase. All session are 50 minutes in length. 24 hour notification of cancellation is required.
